Children and Young People's Partnership

What is Conwy Children and Young People's Partnership and what does the Partnership do?

The Children and Young People's Partnership is a multi-agency strategic planning group for all services relating to Children and Young People in Conwy between the ages of 0-25.

The Partnership Vision Statement is: "Together we aim to make sure that all children and young people in Conwy get the support they need to be happy, healthy, safe, valued and respected; together with the opportunities and help to gain skills and confidence for making the right choices now and in the future."

These web pages focus on the business of the Children and Young People's Partnership.

Conwy's Children and Young People's Partnership has 7 Core Aim Groups (CAG's), which are sub groups to the Children and Young People's Partnership Board. They are responsible for the delivery of the Children and Young People's Plan and its priority areas.  The priority areas are available below in PDF to download.
